These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Aliem Health ("Company"), including but not limited to assisted dietary programs, coaching, and supplements ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
2. Disclaimer
a. The Company is not a healthcare or medical professional, and the Services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The information provided through our Services is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
b. Clients using our Services acknowledge that individual results may vary, and the Company cannot guarantee specific weight loss outcomes or health improvements.
3. Assumption of Risk
a. Clients voluntarily choose to participate in our Services and assume all risks associated with their participation. This includes but is not limited to risks related to dietary changes, exercise programs, and the use of supplements.
b. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or concerns should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using our Services.
4. Release of Liability
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
5. Compliance with Laws
a. Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the use of our Services. This includes but is not limited to dietary restrictions, product labeling requirements, and advertising standards.

8. Governing Law
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Republic of South Africa.

10. Entire Agreement
a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Company regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
